Casting Call Terms

The National Expert Casting Call is open to licensed practitioners, clinicians, coaches and health professionals who are 18 or older and legally able to enter this agreement. Applying is free.

Everything you submit — written answers, credentials, links and video — must be accurate, your own, and free of confidential patient information. Never include identifiable patient details, protected health information, or content you do not have the rights to use.

You are responsible for making sure your participation does not breach your licensing board rules, employment agreements or any other obligation you have.

By submitting, you grant 10X Health a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to record, reproduce, edit and use your name, likeness, voice, biography and submitted video for reviewing your application and for promoting the casting call and 10X Health programs across any media.

You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials, and you are not entitled to payment for this use. You keep ownership of your own underlying content.

You may withdraw your submission by contacting us. We will stop new uses within a reasonable time, but we are not required to recall materials already published or distributed.

Applying does not guarantee selection, an interview, an appearance, or any payment or development funding. Selection is at 10X Health's sole discretion, and we may change, pause or end the casting call at any time.

Any expert development, production support or funding — including amounts referenced as up to $100,000 in value — is awarded only to selected experts and only under a separate written agreement. Values described are estimates of program value, not cash payments.

This site and the casting call are not medical advice and do not create a doctor-patient, coaching or professional relationship. Nothing here is an offer of employment.

Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including how casting videos are stored and who can access them.

We may update these terms. The version posted here at the time you submit applies to your submission. Questions can be sent to the 10X Health casting team using the contact details in our correspondence with you.
