Privacy Policy

When you start a casting profile we collect your name, email address and mobile number. If you continue into the full application we also collect your location, profession, credentials, years practicing, practice or business name, website and social handles, your written answers about your expertise, and any casting video you choose to upload.

We also record the date and time you agreed to be contacted, agreed to the media release, and accepted the casting call terms.

To review and evaluate your application for the National Expert Casting Call, to contact you about your application by email, phone or text message, and — if you are selected or shortlisted — to coordinate the next stages of casting and any expert development program.

If you opted in to marketing, we may also send you news, events and offers from 10X Health. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by replying STOP to a text message.

Casting videos are stored in private cloud storage and are accessible only to the 10X Health casting team and service providers acting on our behalf. Videos are not made public except as permitted by the media release you agree to when you submit.

We share information with service providers who help us run the casting call — cloud hosting, database and file storage, email and SMS delivery, and customer relationship management tools. These providers may only use the information to provide services to us.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep applications and casting videos for as long as needed to run and administer the casting call and any resulting program, and afterwards for a reasonable period for recordkeeping and legal purposes.

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your application and casting video. We will action verified requests within a reasonable time, except where we are required to retain information by law.

Applications are stored in access-controlled systems and videos in private storage. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you submit.
